  • This option is available for all products located in our warehouses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 199 Saudi Riyals.
  • Paid Shipping: For orders under 199 Saudi Riyals, the shipping fee is 19 Saudi Riyals.

2. Economic Shipping (For Products Shipped from Outside the Kingdom):

  • This option is available for products shipped from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days. Please note that this period may vary slightly depending on customs and other related procedures.
  • Prices: The same prices as fast shipping apply to this type of shipping:
    • Free shipping on orders over 199 Saudi Riyals.
    • Shipping fee of 19 Saudi Riyals for orders under 199 Saudi Riyals.

Important Notes:

  • Business days are calculated from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Additional customs duties or taxes may apply to shipments coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the customer is responsible for paying these fees if necessary.
  • We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but some delays beyond our control may occur.

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a shipment tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your order and its expected delivery date.
